Runday Partners

Runday Partners programme terms

In effect from October 12, 2026. The French version prevails.

These terms apply to any person or business accepted into the Runday Partners programme. By applying, you accept them. They add to Runday’s terms of use.

1. The programme

Runday gives you a personal link. Every shop that opens its Runday account through this link, then pays its first full month, earns you 20% of that first paid month, before tax.

The shop pays exactly what anyone else pays, and gets 2 extra free weeks when it adds its card. Your share is paid by Runday, never by the shop.

2. Who can be a partner

An adult or a business in Canada, with a Canadian bank account, whose audience includes barbers or salon owners. Runday reviews every application and may decline one without giving a reason.

3. What counts as a referred shop

Your link is remembered for 60 days on the device of the person who follows it. The last link followed before the account is opened counts, and a shop is attributed once, for good.

Only the shop’s first paid month counts: a shop that cancels and comes back later does not count a second time.

These do not count: your own shop, and a shop that arrives after your partnership ends.

4. Your share

20% of the amount of the first invoice the shop pays, before tax and after any discount (the founding price, for example), rounded to the cent. It is fixed at that payment and never recalculated.

5. When it is yours

One month after that first payment, if the shop has neither been fully refunded nor disputed that payment by then. From then on your share is yours, even if the shop cancels later.

6. Payments

Runday pays you what is yours early each month, by Interac e-Transfer to the email you give in your partner area or, if you set it up, through Stripe, straight into your bank account. With Stripe, Stripe checks who you are and keeps your bank details, under its own terms, which you accept with Stripe; if your Stripe account can no longer receive a payment, Runday sends it by Interac. There is no minimum, and no fee for you.

Runday can pay partners from June 2027, once the company is incorporated. What is yours before that date is paid to you then.

Amounts are before tax. If you are registered for GST, QST or both and say so, Runday adds those taxes to your payments. You are responsible for declaring your income.

7. What is not allowed

Buying ads on the name Runday or its variants, or presenting yourself as Runday.

Sending commercial messages without the consent of the people receiving them, contrary to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.

Posting your link on a coupon, rebate or cashback site.

Promising what Runday does not do, or a price that is not its own.

Using your link for your own shop, or opening accounts to get a share.

8. End of the partnership

You can leave the programme at any time from your partner area. Runday can end it at any time, by email.

What is yours is paid to you, and a shop already under way is paid to you if it earns. The one exception: a share obtained by breaking section 7 is not owed.

9. Changes

Runday may change these terms by telling you by email at least 30 days ahead. A change never touches a share that is already yours.

10. Your information

Runday keeps your name, email, application and payment details to manage your partnership. A declined application is deleted after 90 days. If you leave the programme, what you wrote in your application is deleted; your payments are kept six years, as tax law requires. The details are in the privacy policy.
